My unique approach enables you to make lasting lifestyle changes in terms of weight management and nutrition through a personal approach  and behaviour change coaching, with attention on each individual client.

The food we eat is fuel, enabling our body to function properly.  Food provides us with ENERGY, PROTEINS, FAT, CARBOHYDRATES, VITAMINS, MINERALS, FIBRE and FLUIDS.  So, making informed choices is vital to enjoying good health and well being. 

My one-to-one sessions and weight management clinics are tailored to each client.   Let’s face it, we are all different.
